I had to exchange a pair of boots, and everything went smoothly. The process was easy and hassle-free.
Mr. TBoots look great and are fairly comfortable. However, I don’t think they run large. My foot size is around 43.5 — size 42 was way too small, and 43 fits okay, but I wish I had ordered 44 for a bit more room in the toe box. That said, people with normal-width feet probably won’t have any issues with the fit.
