If something isn’t quite right, we offer a clear and fair returns process. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and return shipping at Daily Nomad.
- Return window: 30 days from delivery
- Condition: Unused, unworn, original packaging
- Refund timing: Within 10 business days after approval
- Return shipping: Customer-paid (flat rates by region)

Made to Order Graphic T-Shirts are only eligible for returns if they are:

- Wrong item (wrong design, wrong product type)
- Wrong size item (we sent the wrong item with the one you purchased)

Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and unworn
- In original packaging
- All tags attached
- Return initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Order number included with the return
- Graphic T-Shirts must meet specific conditions:

- Wrong item (wrong design, wrong product type)
- Wrong size item (we sent the wrong item with the one you purchased)
- Item(s) not received

If a size or fit doesn’t work for you, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order. Please mention this when contacting us.
How to start a return

Items that cannot be returned
- Used or worn items
- Opened cosmetics or hygiene products
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of its approval status.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
2-Year Warranty
We offer a 2-year warranty on all products except for Made to Order Graphic T-Shirts. In cases where a product defect is indeed attributable to manufacturing issues, our approach is straightforward.
We will either repair or replace the defective product. If neither repair nor replacement is feasible, we will issue a full refund for the product. Use our contact information and describe the problem. A picture of the problem is encouraged to send in.
Return shipping
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Sweden: 59 SEK flat rate
- EU countries: €7.95 flat rate
- United Kingdom: £13 flat rate
After contacting us, we’ll provide a return label. Please include your order number and specify which item you’re returning.
Note: We recommend using a trackable return service to ensure your item arrives safely.
