🛒 How do I place an order?
Simply select the product and size from the dropdown on the product page, then click “Add to Cart.” Follow the checkout steps, and once your order is confirmed, we’ll prepare it and send you a tracking number.
📦 How do I receive orders for multiple items?
Each item is usually shipped in a separate package to ensure faster delivery and better handling.
🔐 Is my personal information safe?
Yes. We use SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. Your credit card details are used only to complete the transaction and are never stored.
🕒 How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
🚚 How long does shipping take?
For Sweden and other EU countries, delivery takes 3–5 business days, plus 1–2 days for processing. In total, expect your order in 4–7 business days.
🕕 What is the final order cut-off time?
Orders placed after 6:00 PM (GMT+1) will be processed the next business day.
🌍 Do you ship outside Sweden?
We ship to countries in the European Union, the US and the UK.
💸 How much does shipping cost?

🔁 What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused and in original condition.
💳 How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item.
❌ Are there any restocking fees?
No. We do not charge any re-import or restocking fees.
🚫 Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes. Gift items and opened/used products are non-returnable.
