If something’s not quite right, here’s how to make it right with a return or refund.

What’s Eligible
You can return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Guidelines
To qualify for a return, please make sure:
- The item is unused and unworn
- It’s still in its original packaging
- Tags are attached
- Your Order Number is included
- You initiate the return within 30 days of delivery
We get it — sometimes sizes or fits just don’t work out. The easiest fix? Return your item and place a new order. Just mention this in your return request.

💸 Refunds
When Will I Get My Refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.
If approved:
- You’ll get your refund via your original payment method
- Processing time is typically within 10 business days
🚚 Return Shipping
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
You’re responsible for return shipping costs — unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Sweden: SEK 50.00 flat rate
- EU countries: EUR 7.95 flat rate
- UK: GBP 12.00 flat rate
- USA: USD 15.00 flat rate
After you reach out, we’ll send you a return label to print. Don’t forget to include your order number and tell us which item you’re returning.
Tip: We recommend using a trackable shipping service so your return gets to us safely.
