Fit & sizing
Samelin boots tend to fit slightly large. Choose your usual EU size. If you are between two sizes, choose the smaller size.
For measurements and fitting advice, see the Samelin & AIPI Boots Size Guide.
Waterproof construction
The waterproof smooth chrome-leather upper works with a waterproof and breathable four-layer PTFE textile lining made using sock construction. This forms a continuous protective lining around the foot while allowing moisture to move away during active use.
Reinforcement & outsole
The toe and heel are reinforced with thermoplastic for additional structure. The dual-layer polyurethane and rubber outsole is slip- and oil-resistant, while stainless-steel hooks and eyelets allow the lacing height to be adjusted.
How does model 736 differ from model 734?
The 736 provides the core waterproof construction shared by both models, including thermoplastic toe and heel reinforcement. The Samelin 734 Waterproof Combat Boots add an external TPU toe protector and are the better choice when extra protection against scuffs and contact at the toe is desirable.
Break-in
As with many substantial leather boots, the 736 may require a break-in period. Wear them for shorter periods initially and gradually increase the wearing time as the leather adapts to your feet.
